Twinings Tea Museum

I absolutely love meeting my friends and I would prefer to chat less (online) and meet more, but everybody, everywhere seems to be very busy nowadays and planning to meet a friend can take time. I am very happy that on Tuesday I met my friend (Alina), she is from Romania and together we visited Twinings Tea Museum. Have you heard about this museum???
On our way to the Twinning Tea Museum :)
The museum is about 20min walking from Trafalgar Square and the nearest tube station is Temple (Circel line (yellow line) or District line (green line). Admission is free (it's more like a tea shop) and it's open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm.
The address is: 216 Strand, WC2
I am a big tea and coffee lover and because of this I found this little museum very interesting and I am sure that this place could be a nice spot for any tea lover. Also, here you could find original gifts for your friends that love tea or coffee. It's a small place, but you can find a large selection of tea, gifts and very lovely tea pots.

This is my smiley friend Alina, ahhh she is adorable!
At the back of the shop you can find interesting photos and history of Twinings
A lovely delivery car in the 1930's
Twinings' delivery car 1900'
At the tea bar you can sit and try different teas of the day and it's free
I bought 37 (35 tea bags and 2 boxes) different teas to try and already tried few of them. They hold so many health benefits that you can’t get from other beverages.

I am on holiday, have plenty of time and until 12th of August I will be in London. If you are in London or in the vicinity of London let me know and I will be happy to invite you for a good cup of tea or coffee, it's your choice.

Keep yourself happy and Enjoy Your Thursday Evening Tea!!!
Much love
Liuba G

    1. Beth, those boxes are a bit expensive. Boxes are very beautifully and go more as a gifts. Normal teas are not expensive. One tea bag costs 15p. I loved this museum/shop a lot :) Thank you for visiting :) Liuba x
