Have you ever started something and then had a lot of trouble to getting started again? It's easy to lose motivation or energy to do something and it's really hard to restart again. It's a tough thing, because we all get distracted, we all get busy and sometimes we get so busy and we just stop doing something that's important. In my case, I stopped running. I used to run several times a week. And two months ago we moved to one property and after another month we moved to another house (the one we live now) and I had to do lots of things, also, I was very frustrated with the situation and I didn't realise I broke my routine: I stopped running, I stopped walking, I stopped all kind of exercises, except cycling. Today I decided to run again, I love running a lot, but the problem is that when we stopped something it's extremely difficult to get started again. Before, when I was running it was very easy to go and run, but today in the morning I couldn't convince myself to go and run. I was fighting with my thoughts, you know all those voices that are coming all together in the same time? And finally I put on my runners and went for jogging. And you know what? I felt horrible and wanted to come back home because I couldn't find a nice place where can I run.
There's a tiny green area close to our house, I just ran there in a circle about 20 minutes, it was so boring... and I just opened Google Map and started searching for some nice places where I can run. I am so happy that I found a better place, I found a very long, beautiful running/cycle route and this route is very close to where I live. I am sure that this running route will keep me motivated to go and run again and again. I also took pictures to share here and show you, my lovelies, where I will run and how beautiful this route is. Today I ran my second 10k and I am very proud of me because I can consider myself a 10k runner :)
